OUR RETURN POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE
Your complete satisfaction is our goal!
Please take up to 30 days to review any item ordered on our website. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, or you decide a product is not what you expected, simply return it and we will gladly credit your charge card for the original purchase price of the product, less shipping charges. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition. Some restrictions may apply (please see below for details). If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at: 1-800-679-9670 so we can promptly resolve it for you.
To start the return process, call us at 1-800-679-9670 and we'll promptly provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise for a refund or exchange. We will also provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each return, which is valid for 14 days. The valid RMA number must be included with your return in order to assure proper credit. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RMA number.
Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned merchandise in unused, like-new condition must be returned within 30 days of order date, with the following exceptions:
Even though you don't see a shipping charge on your original invoice there was a shipping cost to us for shipping the merchandise to you. In the cases where you are returning an item that is NOT a result of a shipping error, or damage/defective merchandise then the shipping costs that we incurred will be subtracted from the product total.

A refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for purchase. All returns must include the following:
1. A copy of your original Receipt
2. A copy of your original Packing Slip
3. Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
Damaged Items and Shortage Claims
Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery by calling toll free 1-800-679-9670 8 am to 5 pm MST. Please notify us promptly if your order is inaccurately fulfilled.
Purchaser determines suitability of all product usage and assumes all risk & liability. Neither the seller or manufacturer shall be held liable for any injury, loss or damage from use of such product.
